Real Estate Near Downtown Middleton

Character and charm define the homes near Downtown Middleton. If you like picket fences and wrap-around porches, or an old-fashioned brick home near the center of town, this part of the city is the place for you. Nearby, the Meadows, Middleton Heights, Foxridge, and Parklawn subdivisions are four popular neighborhoods located near the city center. The Stonefield subdivision is located a few blocks further to the southeast, while Middleton Beach is nestled up against Lake Mendota a few blocks to the northeast.

Real Estate in the Town of Middleton

Drive west on Airport Road and the properties in the Town of Middleton feature many attractive designs built on large lots within the popular Sunset Ridge Elementary attendance area. Enchanted Valley, Prairie Home Estates, and Sunset Ridge Estates are three such neighborhoods located along the western edge of the city.

Drive to the south and you'll encounter several upscale subdivisions situated along the Old Sauk Rd and Mineral Point Rd corridors. These include the Cherrywood, Cardinal Point Estates, Pheasant Point, Spruce Hollow, and Sauk Point Estates neighborhoods. Just a little further to the south, the Glaciers End and Noll Valley subdivisions offer more luxury properties built on spacious, private lots. Nearby, the Middleton Ridge and Misty Valley subdivisions offer access to the conservancy at Graber Pond.

A Bold New Community

North of Lake Mendota, development is underway at the Community of Bishops Bay. When complete, this new development will feature 7 distinct neighborhoods, 10 community parks, an elementary school, and many more amenities.

Carefree Living
